💬 What is your return/cancellation policy?

We do not accept any returns or cancellations for digital downloads since they are provided automatically as you checkout. Please feel free to send us a message for any clarifications before your purchase.

💬 How and when will I receive my order?

All our items are digital files. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link immediately on screen. Also, within minutes of your order and payment, an email will be sent to you with a link to download.

💬 What do I do if my order email address is not current and I can’t access my order?

If you entered the wrong or old email address while placing your order, no worries! Please send us a message with your current email address and we will send you a copy of your order within 24 hours.

💬 How do the editable templates work?

Our editable templates require no additional softwares and can be edited for free within minutes. Simply download the file, open as a pdf, and click on the blank spaces to start typing!

💬 Where can I print my digital downloads?

You can also print the files at home or use local print shops like Staples, Office Depot, Fedex, OfficeMax etc. Most of our files can be printed on US letter size or A4 sheets. Please see the listing descriptions for the size of each file. 

💬 How can I open my ZIP file?

Mac: Double-click the zip file in order to "unzip" it.
Windows: Right-click the zip file and click Extract All.

If you're still having trouble, please send us a message and we can send you the files individually. :)

All orders are for personal use ONLY. Commercial use is not allowed.
Additionally, all files are the intellectual property of Scribbled LLC with copyright protection. Infringement of this copyright will be enforced by our lawyers.

→ You cannot alter the digital file and claim it as your own.
